1. Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within Europe, from our warehouse in Belgium.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service, but typically range between 5–15 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not, here’s how it works:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or if the product is defective upon arrival.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or modification are not eligible for returns.

3. Product Warranty

Our Cobra Bags come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or product modification.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Usage: Cobra Bags are designed for sports use (boxing, MMA, kickboxing) and should be used under proper conditions.

  • Liability limitation: Orochi is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of the product.

  • Pricing & availability: All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT. Availability may vary depending on demand.

  • Orders: Orochi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.

5. Privacy Policy

At Orochi, protecting your data is a priority.

  • We only collect the information necessary to process your order (name, address, email, phone number).

  • We never sell your data to third parties.

  • Your information is securely stored and used solely for your relationship with Orochi.
