Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your product.  

To be eligible:  
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.  
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.  

Non-returnable items:  
- Sale items or gift cards.  
- Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects.  

Refunds:  
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
